Where does Silver Oak ship its wines?
We currently ship to most U.S. states where legal. Due to international customs regulations for alcohol, please contact our customer service team directly for inquiries regarding international shipping availability.
Does an adult need to be present to sign for the delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires that all wine shipments be signed for by an adult aged 21 or older. We recommend shipping to a business address to ensure someone is available to sign during standard delivery hours.
How should I store my Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon?
For optimal aging, we recommend storing your wine in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature around 55°F (13°C) and 70% humidity. Bottles should be stored on their sides to keep the cork moist.
What is your return policy for damaged or corked bottles?
We stand behind the quality of our wines. If you receive a bottle that is damaged or flawed, please contact our tasting room within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or a credit toward your next order.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a complimentary gift message that will be printed on a premium card and included in your shipment.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
