At Silver Oak Cellars, we strive for excellence in every bottle; if your wine is damaged or flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund. Due to legal restrictions regarding the transport of alcoholic beverages, all returns must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service team.

Return Process

    Contact Customer Service

    Email or call our concierge team to report an issue with your order, providing your order number and a brief description of the quality concern.

    Review and Approval

    Our cellar team will review your request and, if applicable, provide a return shipping label or instructions for a complimentary replacement.

  • 3.
    Prepare the Shipment

    Securely repack the wine in its original specialized packaging to prevent breakage during transit and attach the provided return authorization label.

  • 4.
    Processing Your Refund

    Once the returned shipment is received and inspected at our winery, we will process your refund or ship your replacement bottle within 5-7 business days.
